Our Company was started by Don W Bentley in 1977. The second generation, Steve Bentley is now a Project Manager in our design-build Firm. Our market area is southern Alberta, focusing on the commercial office and light industrial markets. Generally, our work involves us in locations requiring more than only basic requirements.
We offer a maximum of 3 floors in building height, utilizing Tilt-Up, Precast, Concrete Block, or Steel Building.
Initially, we provide preliminary design utilizing Autocad, and a firm price on a “design … build” basis. Complete design including architecture, electrical, mechanical and everything required for building permits and occupancy.

We are a second generation Firm, working with capable architects and engineers in Calgary, to design and construct practical structures that are attractive and functional.
The design team often works for us, so we are able to provide, single source responsibility to Owners.
We provide hi-rise renovations and light industrial plant work.
Developing a complete site by purchasing and then adding building construction is available depending on size of development.
In quick time, we advise on cost and building design, providing knowledge on how to own an economical building meeting owner needs and wants.
Our Office is established in the NE area of the City where we are currently building.
